Welcome to Heirloom Cannabis Club (“Website”). By becoming a member and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Membership Agreement (“Agreement”). Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not become a member or use our services.

To become a member, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and are present in a jurisdiction where our services are legally permitted.

To access certain features of the Website, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your information. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

You acknowledge that the possession, use, cultivation, distribution, and sale of cannabis are subject to various federal, state, and local laws. You agree to comply with all applicable regulations related to cannabis in your specific jurisdiction.

As a member, you agree to:

• Use the Website and services only for lawful purposes.
• NOT BE A DICK - THIS IS WEED, EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY!
• Not engage in any illegal activities, including the unauthorized resale of cannabis products.
• Be solely responsible for your own actions and any transactions you engage in.
• Indemnify and hold harmless Heirloom Cannabis Club, its owners, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the site.

By entering the website and/or becoming a member, you affirm and certify that you are not a law enforcement officer, nor are you an agent or affiliate of law enforcement. You affirm that you are not accessing the Website for the purpose of gathering information for investigation or litigation against Heirloom Cannabis Club. Misrepresentation of this status is a breach of this Agreement.

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive marketing communications from us, including emails, text messages, and phone calls. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heirloom Cannabis Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or any products obtained through our services. 

• Notification: Heirloom Cannabis Club must be alerted within 24 hours of delivery if any items are missing. For defective products (e.g., cartridges or batteries), we must be notified within 72 hours.
• Testing: We recommend testing hardware items at the time of delivery. Exchanges for confirmed defective items will be processed with your next order or may incur a delivery fee for immediate replacement.
• Packaging: All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the product's original packaging.

The effects of THC edibles vary significantly based on individual metabolism, tolerance, and diet. Heirloom Cannabis Club is not responsible for the level of reaction or the time it takes for effects to manifest. We recommend "starting low and going slow" with new products.

We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you by posting the updated Agreement on the Website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
